恒大汽车VMware Horizon环境优化执行计划

主要目标：

1、缓解ESXi主机资源利用率偏高的问题

2、限制VM CPU资源使用

执行内容如下：

  1. 选择3台ESXi主机（01-03)，编辑主机图形设置将共享直通GPU分配策略修改为"将虚拟机分散在多个 GPU 中 (最佳性能) "

  2. 升级3台ESXi主机（01-03)中Broadcom BCM57412 NetXtreme-E 10Gb RDMA Ethernet Controller网卡的固件和驱动

  3. 重启步骤1&2中对应的VMware ESXi主机的操作系统，预计2小时

  4. 将所有VM的CPU资源限制为当前已分配的90%，比如，理论上的8000MHz将调整为8000*0.9=7200MHz

Reboot order

    1.Shut down all the Connection Servers in your environment. They must be powered down and not just rebooted. This includes disabled Connection servers.
    2.When all the Connection Servers are powered down, shut down the Composer Server.
    3.When all Connection Servers and Composer Server are shutdown, reboot the vCenter Server. After reboot, ensure that the vCenter services have started.
    4.After vCenter Server is started and all services are running, start the Composer server. Wait until the login screen appears on the Composer server before proceeding to the next step.
    5.Start the Connection servers.  You can send all of the Connection Servers in the pod the Power On command at the same time. 
    6.Log in to Horizon Console page and confirm that the issue is resolved. If the issue persists, file a support request with VMware Technical Support and note this Knowledge Base article ID (2068381) in the problem description.
